Two schools partially closed for on-site testing

Two Worcestershire schools will remain partially closed today to conduct on-site testing for students.

Worcestershire County Council has confirmed both The De Montfort School in Evesham and King Charles I School & Sixth Form Centre in Kidderminster are to remain partly shut for 'Covid-19 prevention measures'.

Secondary school students are once again being asked to wear masks in classrooms to help tackle the rise in Omicron coronavirus cases.
